“The nose is deeply perfumed, with complex aromas of blackcurrants, olive tapenade, tobacco leaves, cedar and saltbush. The palate is medium-bodied with finely integrated tannins and focused acidity, giving notes of blood plums, wild blackberries, graphite and ferric earth. Very refined and polished. Delicious.”

The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon, with a good splash of Malbec and a touch of Merlot, is well constructed yet understated, showing a strong heart as it radiates aromas of cassis and red earth.
