Taller Astrafillia Maleza Citricos Bitters

Maleza Bitters by Taller Astrafilia, the Mexico City-based producer of the handcrafted Granicera gins, are now available in the United States. Maleza bitters come in four varieties: Especias(spices), Hierbas (herbs), Cítricos (citrus) and Flores (floral). Maleza bitters are created through an extended extraction period, infusing heirloom corn-based alcohol with hand-processed botanicals obtained directly from farmers throughout central and Southern Mexico. Maleza in Spanish means "undergrowth" reflecting Taller Astrafilia's obsessive exploration of Mexico's herbalist and culinary traditions to develop specialty products for cocktail making.
