Rotie Cellars fermented the 2025 entirely in stainless steel, so there's nothing between you and the fruit. No oak, no makeup, just a white grape grown where it actually wants to be.

A natural mutation of Grenache Noir, this white variety thrives in warmer climates and requires more heat than many other white grapes — making Yakima Valley an ideal growing site. Fermented in stainless steel, the wine delivers vibrant citrus, white peach, green apple, and lip-smacking acidity with a bright, refreshing finish.
