Gimonnet's salmon-hued rosé opens with flint and white pepper before revealing delicate cantaloupe, then settles into a medium body of bitter grilled lemon and orange peel with remarkable grip. A 94% Chardonnay blend from Côte des Blancs that drinks with the intensity and minerality of its chalk soils. No softness hiding here.
