Mezcal Nuestra Soledad is a celebration of the unique environments and distillation traditions of six different, prominent distilling communities within the Valles Centrales region of Oaxaca, Mexico. Hand-selected by the iconic Cortés family of El Jolgorio fame, each palenque (distillery) crafts a distinctive mezcal from 100% Espadín agave using centuries-old indigenous Zapotec methods, making the lineup an ideal lens through which to explore the essential impact of terroir on Oaxacan mezcal.
