Estate bottled and disgorged upon order following minimum of 18 months aging on lees. Produced from Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Chardonnay grapes in a classically dry style. Finely beaded texture with doughy complexity and excellent fruit on the dry finish. Zesty aromas of citrus and ripe yellow fruit-like a gently spiced pear set in pastry.

About the Producer
Mont Marçal Vinícola was founded in 1975 by Manuel Sancho, who, after many years of dedication to the world of music, directed his activity towards a new art; the world of wine and cava. The winery, originally a 14th century farmhouse and then a 19th century convent, is now a state-of-the-art winemaking facility. The estate has been under new ownership since 2015, but the philosophy of the winery and the dedication to producing quality wines under the D.O. Penedès, Catalunya, and Cava, continue.
