VinousThe 2014 possesses striking purity. Freshly cut flowers, mint, red berries, chalk and savory herbs all develop effortlessly. The Martinenga Barbaresco can at times be very light. The 2014 has quite a bit of structural depth while retaining all of the signatures of the house style. This is a fabulous introduction to the Marchesi di Grésy wines and an overachiever for the vintage.
