About the Producer

Four Pillars is a modern Australian distillery, internationally recognized for producing one of the world’s most awarded and flavor-driven ranges of craft gin. The distillery’s journey began in 2013, when three friends acquired an extraordinary CARL copper still from Germany — affectionately named Wilma, after the late mother of the head distiller. Over time, Wilma was joined by five sister stills, each named after the mothers of Four Pillars’ founders and longstanding team members: Jude, Eileen, Beth, Coral, and Linda. Recognition came swiftly.
