Ripe stone fruit and Meyer lemon draw you in on the nose, followed by a saline minerality that keeps things honest; the palate pivots to bright lemon and fresh apple, supported by the subtle texture that comes from blending Pecorino and Trebbiano Abruzzese into the Pinot Grigio base. A wine that knows when to step back and let its structure do the talking.
Winemaker Notes
Flora Lisa Pinot Grigio pulls you in with ripe banana, pear, ripe peach, honeydew, and Meyer lemon. Then comes a yeasty note followed by a saline minerality. The palate takes a step back in fruit ripeness as it leads with bright lemon, moves to fresh apple flesh, and then to unripe peach. The fruit is supported in the mouth by the notes of lees, and the texture is one part zesty and one part round
