Figgins Estate Red Wine 2022

Chris Figgins traded an architecture degree for the family business at Leonetti, and you can taste the structural instinct. This 2022 Estate red is dark garnet to the rim, built with mouth-filling, integrated tannins and a texture somewhere between robust and velvety. The nose is the interesting part: ripe red and black fruit, sure, but also grilled bread, beef tartar, and a summer garden just after rain. Washington fruit with an architect's sense of proportion.
