Dossier was founded in 2021 by Sidney Rice and Tim Lenihan with the intent to create world-class wines. To do that, we knew that assembling a solid foundation of talent was crucial. Each person that contributes to Dossier brings a unique, creative, and complementary view toward achieving our vision.
Sidney Rice Proprietor & Managing Partner You may know Sidney from his success in the NFL but following his football days he has become one of the most active investors and entrepreneurs in the Pacific Northwest. He has a visionary ability to see the future success of his companies and put the right people together to achieve it. Sidney brings an incredible wine palate, a unique business perspective, and a drive to create unique experiences for Dossier guests.

Tim Lenihan Proprietor & Managing Partner Dossier is a return to Tim's roots—he grew up in Yakima and lived in Walla Walla for six years during this college days. Some of his lifelong friends are still in Walla Walla and coming back to the area to join the wine industry was always his dream. 20 years later, Tim is drawing on his real estate business and construction background to help build Dossier from the ground up. Putting the right pieces into place to create something truly special is what drives Tim throughout his endeavors.

Billo Naravane Winemaker & Consultant Billo’s role is critically important in our pursuit of producing world-class wines, and when we began the search for a winemaker, he stood out as an ideal partner. He holds a BS in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from MIT, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, an MS in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis, and is a Certified Master of Wine. Also, his wines are consistently some of the most highly regarded in the Northwest. We gave Billo total carte blanche to push the limits of winemaking and we believe we are building upon what Washington wine will become over the next 10 to 20 years. We are honored to have Billo on our team.

Brandon Kubrock General Manager Brandon is one of the most recognizable personalities of the Walla Walla wine scene. Tim and Brandon met when they were both working in the Walla Walla restaurant business, and have stayed close ever since. Brandon has remained actively involved in the industry by owning an oak barrel sales company and founding a winery. So, when Dossier was created, it was only natural to have Brandon become our feet on the ground, our idea consultant, and general guy to make sure our vision is executed.
