Sustainable. 100% Pinot Noir. From 26 and 41-year-old vines planted on soils of clay limestone and marl. Temperature controlled fermentation, using only natural yeasts, in an open top fermenter. Aged 12 months in oak barrels. A pretty and very pinot nose displays a soft earthiness that carries over to the delicious and juicy middle weight flavors that are supported by phenolically mature tannins on the balanced and forward finish.
