The 2022 M'con-Villages Clos Saint-Pancras, which I tasted last year just after bottling, has a bright nose with green apple, citrus peel and a light hint of sea spray. The palate is just as good as it was last year with plenty of energy, a little spicier perhaps with a mouth salivating finish. Excellent.
