Trousseau is a rare sight anywhere outside the Jura, and rarer still off Rainmaker Vineyard in the Columbia Gorge, an AVA that swings from wet to dry fast enough to keep a pale-skinned grape like this honest. Devium bottled the 2025 unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur, so what's in the glass is the fruit and the site, structure intact, nothing sanded down. Light on its feet, serious underneath.
