Devium's 2025 Grüner comes off Crooked Acres in the Columbia Gorge, a corridor with enough wind and swing between day and night to keep a white like this honest. Neutral barrel fermentation and aging means no oak makeup. Just texture, a little weight through the mid-palate, and that peppery Grüner snap underneath. This is the grape as itself, nobody's hiding it under vanilla.
