Devium's 2024 sparkling Riesling takes the long way around: eleven months on the lees, no sulfites added, and nothing between the grape and the glass but time. All Riesling, naturally sparkling. The lees aging fills out the mid-palate while the fruit stays bright and unfussed. Washington Riesling with bubbles in it, and nobody's dressed it up.
