Christophe Mignon farms one person to a hectare, a ratio unheard of in Champagne, working green clay-limestone soils by hand four times a year, guided by moon cycles, phytotherapy, and geobiology. It's a rosé d'assemblage built on all-Meunier, 10% still red blended in with half reserve wines, and it shows: a generous nose of lychee, raspberry, and cherry, then orange and strawberry across a mid-palate that stays vital and elegant, finishing silky and energetic. Meunier is Champagne's supporting player. Here it's the whole show.
