Picpoul Blanc is Southern France's answer to thirst, and Randall Grahm has spent a career proving Central Coast dirt can speak the same language. This one splits its sources between Beeswax Vineyard in Arroyo Seco and Sweetwater in Monterey, farmed biodynamically. At 11% abv it's all nerve and salinity, a lean mid-palate with citrus pith and a mineral snap on the finish. Nobody's dressing this up. It's a white built to cut, not to cuddle.
