Complex nose with notes of apple, fresh and dried, ripe yellow stone fruit, green nuts and iodine. Fresh and powerful on the palate, with nutty notes, some raw cocoa, green olives, yuzu zest and a long, salty finish.

Tasted: Aug 2024. The finesse and intensity to this are very impressive, with a salt, honey, cedar, almond and dried lemon character. The depth and complexity are fantastic. Spicy and minerally with a chalky touch. Very long and complete finish. Best ever. April 2024 bottling. Drink now.
