Benanti Etna Bianco 2025

Benanti has been farming on Etna since the late 1800s in Viagrande, though Giuseppe formalized the family habit into a winery in 1988. Organic, and built entirely on native grapes. This Carricante is pale yellow with a green cast, delicately fruity on the nose in an apple register, then dry and mineral across the mid-palate with a saline edge and real length. Etna is an island within an island, and you can taste the difference.
