Anne-Sophie Dubois came to Fleurie by way of Champagne and a Burgundian apprenticeship, and for most of her career she treated Gamay like Pinot. Fully destemmed, fermented in the Burgundian mold. Les Cocottes is the other side of the coin: 100% whole cluster, carbonic maceration, organically farmed fruit. Same vigneron, same hill, entirely different argument. And the 2024 makes it convincingly.
