Chasselas is Switzerland's calling card, but it holds a small stronghold in Alsace, barely a hundred hectares, and Boxler gives it 45-year-old vines on granite, farmed organically. That granite reads straight through: taut, saline, more mineral spine than fruit weight, with the mid-palate quietly filling in behind it.
