Syrah from 30+ year old vines in Crozes-Hermitage, organic-farmed and made by one of the Northern Rhone's most revered names. This is pedigree in the glass. Graillot's 2020 carries the weight of matured vine stock without pretense: pure Syrah structure, dark fruit, the mineral grip that defines the appellation. A wine that proves serious provenance doesn't need to announce itself.

VinousFermented with 100% whole clusters, the 2023 Crozes-Hermitage displays ripe red fruit tones, stemmy touches and pencil shaving, licorice and cedar aromas. Medium- to full-bodied and fresh, the 2023 is shaping up to be a delicious red Crozes-Hermitage. A long, defined finish wraps it up.
About the Producer
In France’s Northern Rhone Valley, there are few names as revered as Graillot. It was in 1985 that the late, legendary Alain Graillot, who after working with the venerable Jacques Seysses at Domaine Dujac, came back to his home in Crozes-Hermitage to start his own domaine. With each passing year his devotion to the art of making hauntingly delicious Syrah from his organically farmed, stone-laden vineyards, was rewarded with an ever growing and highly dedicated following around the world.
