This textbook example of great Pinot Grigio opens with aromas of apple flesh, wildflowers and citrus oils. Textural and giving yet bright and energetic, the wine hops back and forth between giving peach and melon notes and then crushed rock, bitter almond and delicate flowers. Vibrant acidity keeps the wine moving forward with each sip—it's a classic.
