Sylvain Liotard works 5.7 hectares of organic, biodynamic Jacquère beneath Mont Granier in Chapareillan. Savoie mountain fruit, farmed by hand since 2014 and certified by both Ecocert and Demeter. Méthode ancestrale, undisgorged, bone dry at 10%: very fine bubbles carrying citrus, pear, and green apple with nothing weighing them down. Alpine sparkling wine that asks almost nothing of you and gives back plenty.

Tasting Notes

13 Bulles is a sparkling wine of Jacquere made in the Methode Ancestral. It is not disgorged. Completly dry at only 10% alcohol by volume, it has very fine bubbles, it is light and refreshing with notes of citrus, pear and green apple.
