Straw-yellow with green highlights. Fresh, vibrant, mineral-driven nose of grapefruit, green pepper, orange, herbs and wildflowers — "the salt and soul of the sea." Refined, elegant and saline on the palate with good persistence. Steel-fermented, no malolactic, aged on fine lees.
