Faury’s “Emporium” is sourced exclusively from the Fourvier lieu-dit and sees about a year longer in demi-muid and barrel than his standard Côte-Rôtie. With all the freshness and finesse you’d expect from Faury, this is about as downright swallowable as a young Côte-Rôtie can get.
