Thursday Tasting — Grower Champagne | April 2

Six grower Champagnes. Six families. Not a big house in sight.

This Thursday we're pouring grower Champagne — bubbles made by the same people who farm the vines, which is rarer than the famous labels would have you believe. We start with two faces of Pinot Meunier, move through a bone-dry Brut Nature and a single-village Mousse Fils, reach Marc Hébrart's premier cru, and close in rosé. Same region as the big names, completely different soul. No reservation needed. Just show up.
