About the Producer

40% Jacquere, 30% Roussanne, 20% Pinot Gris, 10% Mondeuse Blanche. Certified Organic. From Coteau de Cevins. Average yield 20 hl/ha. Vines planted on south facing slopes, steep up to 60%. Gobelet training. Only indegenious yeasts are used. 100% malo. Vinified in barriques (2 to 3 years old), and aged for 12 months then bottled after light filtration. No SO2 during vinification, and only 1 gram of SO2 at bottling.
