Winemaker's Notes
One moment it feels soft and floral, the next bright and refreshing. The smell blooms gently with jasmine, Asian pear and lilac, like walking past blooming trees in Walla Walla just after a light rain.
On the palate, juicy white peach and apricot lead the way, followed by lychee and pop of lemon and lime that keeps you awake. It’s fresh without being sharp, delicate yet full of energy, just like a spring awakening.
Food Pairings
This is a chill-it-and-pour-it-Rosé. Perfect with oysters, sushi, spicy foods, fried chicken or anything you’d eat in spring. Drink it when the sun’s out, when it’s raining, or when spring is doing that weird in-between thing.
It is low in alcohol and calories, has 0g of residual sugar and is vegan friendly.
