Bodegas Breca Rose 2020

Calatayud's slate and quartz soils go back to the Cambrian, and Breca works them the old way. Dry farmed gobelet bush vines planted in the 1970s, tended by hand, most of them never treated with anything at all. This rosé comes from the oldest Garnacha de Aragón clones on the valley floor near Munébrega, where low yields and concentrated fruit give you pronounced red fruit and a floral lift over real mineral spine. Rosé with a pedigree, not a poolside afterthought.
