This iconic Monte Xanic and Mexican wine is achieved with ongoing care in the vineyard. It has high intensity and mainly citrus notes such as grapefruit. Fruits such as guava, soursop, passion fruit and pineapple along with orange blossom and lemongrass. The mouthfeel is soft, dry, fresh, light and lively acidity, aligned to the varietal. Ideal for seafood and ceviches, various salads, goat cheese, among others.
