Le Paradis delivers intense mineral elements with some reduction and herbal notes. A few minutes after opening, berry aromatics appear, followed by layered and ever-increasing aromas. It is subtle, with integrated oak with high acidity. Certified Sustainable by Bodegas de Argentina, Le Paradis is an excellent match for beef Bourguignon, oxtail stew, mushroom ravioli, or steak.
