Grenache-driven energy with a jitterbugging acidity that keeps the mid-palate alive. Cherry pie and black cherry anchored by coffee and pulled-pork spice. This is a wine that announces itself with hunger and texture in equal measure.
Winemaker Notes
With acidity that jitterbugs up and down your palate, there is whole “lotta” Grenache-driven energy here. An aromatic 1950s diner-style mix of cherry pie, pulled pork and coffee make for a hunger-inducing introduction. A tangy texture provides a platform for flavors of black cherries, rosemary and portobello mushrooms grilled in olive oil. Enjoy now–2026.
