The wine is shaped by the vintage to be bold enough for cooler nights and richer meals, and easy to enjoy. The kind of red that anchors your fall and winter table effortlessly. Tasting Notes: On the Nose: Vibrant and savory. Raspberry compote and black plum lead, followed by cracked pepper, dried herb, and a hint of lavender. A savory edge underneath adds depth and complexity that keeps everything grounded. On the Palate: Red and black fruit come through first. Think pomegranate, blackberry, and cherry, layered with dried thyme, olive tapenade, and a touch of smoked meat. The mid-palate is rich and plush, lifted by fresh acidity that keeps the wine moving.
