Mas Jullien's rosé comes off the Terrasses du Larzac, bled straight from the skins of the estate's red grapes. Cinsault leading, then Carignan and Mourvèdre, a blend that shifts with the vintage rather than chasing a house style. Stainless steel, native yeasts, nothing added to make it pretty. This is rosé with a spine and a sense of place, not pink wine made to match a season.
