The 2019 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru comes from a single-hectare parcel located on different levels of the slope. It has a very complex bouquet of orange zest, crushed stone and light pithy aromas. The palate is energetic and tensile, with impressive amplitude, and fans out gloriously toward the finish while keeping a tight rein. Saline notes linger in the mouth long afterward. - 97pts, Vinous

The 2024 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru was reduced to three pièces and two feuillettes. It has a wonderful bouquet with a thrilling sense of tension and mineralité. The palate is tensile from the start with blackcurrant notes permeating the citrus fruit before dovetailing into a feisty and peppery finish that is quintessential Les Preuses. The 2024 is superb. Good luck finding this!
