If you can't afford Vosne-Romanee Premier Cru, then this is the wine for you. Very fine tannins and delicate black cherries, making this stand out in the crowd of Nuits St. Georges village wines. - 93pts, James Suckling
Winemaker Notes
Estate-owned vines, cared for biodynamically, from two villages-level plots, ‘Bas de Combe,’ which sits on the border with Vosne, touching premier cru ‘Les Chaumes’; and ‘Aux Lavières.’ Aromas of black cherries, pepper, licorice, a hint of tobacco. Structured but juicy, balanced.
