The 2017 Champagne Premier Cru Cumières Blanc de Blancs Volupte Extra Brut pours a bright straw/yellow color and reveals notes of mocha, ripe lemon balm, smoky wet stones, white peach, and raw hazelnut. It has a slight reduction, but it™s not pronounced. Medium-bodied, it has a silky texture and clean, bright acidity. Drink 2025-2040. Disgorged in November 2024 with 2 grams per liter dosage.

Disgorged in January 2022 with a mere one gram per liter dosage, the 2015 Brut Blanc de Blancs Volupté offers up aromas of white flowers, hazelnuts, citrus zest and fresh pastry. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and chiseled, with racy acids and a chalky, mordant finish, it didn't see malolactic fermentation.
