Tiefenbrunner's 2022 Sauvignon Blanc from Trentino Alto Adige leads with flint and elderflower, moving into green pepper and sage. Minerally and salty on the palate with the kind of fresh acidity that feels alive rather than sharp. Juicy, persistent finish that doesn't fade; this is what happens when precision and pleasure don't have to choose sides.

Wine Enthusiast“Summer gets creative here. Grilled grapefruit meets passionfruit cream, while wild mint adds its mountain voice. The palate keeps that sun-soaked vibe flowing: zippy acidity runs through concentrated fruit before pineapple jumps in late game. Like someone bottled a perfect afternoon by the pool, but made it classy.” (Editor's Choice)
