Arnot-Roberts Chardonnay Sanford & Benedict 2021

Viticulture: Farmed using organic methods. Vinification: The fruit was pressed and fermented in stainlees steel tank using indiginous yeasts then transeferred to neitral barrel for malolactic fermentation. Aging: Aged for 12 months in neutral, French oak. Vineyard: Sanford & Benedict is one of the most historic vineyards in Southern California. Planted in 1971 to mostly Pinot Noir and 50 acres of Chardonnay. This site is one of the crown jewels within the Santa Rita Hills AVA.
