This Thursday we're pouring Sauvignon Blanc — starting in Chile's Colchagua Valley, passing through Mexico's Valle de Guadalupe, Australia's Adelaide Hills, the Loire, and Italy's Collio, and ending with Napa and one of the most revered addresses in Pouilly-Fumé. One grape, wildly different climates, completely different results. No reservation needed. Just show up.
